Multiple services can be booked individually. After confirming your first appointment, return to the booking page to book more services.

Participation in preventive care services is optional. Appointments can be 20 or 45 minutes long depending upon the service selected. You may use up to one hour of company paid time per day to participate in these services. Each service may only be used once. If you want to schedule multiple services that will take more than an hour, please schedule them outside of your work shift.

Onsite Preventive care services are offered to SBD employees only; temporary workers are not eligible.
