She is a qualified fitness professional with certifications in EQF Level 3 Fitness Instructor, Group Instruction, Level 4 Personal Trainer, and various IFT and EPI specializations. With over 5 years of experience, she have built a client portfolio of over fifty clients in  Ratoath, Ashbourne, and Dunshaughlin. Roy Basset, MD is not only a licensed General Practitioner for over 30 years, but also graduated with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery.  Roy has been in private practice as well as served as the Florida Army National Guard State Surgeon.

 Dr Lindsay Browning is an international sleep expert, psychologist and best-selling author. She founded Trouble Sleeping troublesleeping.co.uk in 2006 to help companies and individuals with better sleep. She works with the NHS, police, utility companies and the airline industry to advise on shift work and sleep. Dr Browning is often asked to appear on TV, radio and in print media to comment on sleep issues.  Dr. Clayton Tyler Boyd is an experienced optometrist with a strong background in rural eye care and advanced procedures. An Oklahoma native, he earned dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Oklahoma Panhandle State University and his Doctorate of Optometry from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry, where he received the Award of Clinical Excellence.

Dr. Boyd has served as Lead Optometrist for several innovative companies in the U.S. and abroad. In 2024, he became a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometric Medicine and Surgery. He is also a member of the Oklahoma and American Optometric Associations.
